UNITED STATES ULTRA-LUXURY RESORT BRAND OPTS FOR GUATEMALA

Fin City Associates and Affiliate Alekson Development Group Announce Introduction of the Luxuriant Masterpiece CollectionTM Resort Brand

Conceptualized in the United States in early 2008, Luxuriant World Resorts (http://www.luxuriantworldresorts.com) searched the planet to discover the perfect exotic locale to showcase the first branded resort. Because of its close proximity to the United States and diverse locales (mountain, beach, jungle), Central America was chosen for intense exploration. Exotically diverse culture, significant infrastructure and geographic landscapes identified largely undiscovered yet rapidly developing Guatemala as the premiere candidate for the first branded resorts.

Luxuriant is studying the 7 distinct geographic regions of Guatemala. Initial results point to destinations near the UNESCO World Heritage protected City of La Antigua and Flores El Petén near the ancient Mayan ruins of Tikal as likely candidates for investment. As Luxuriant matures, expansion will follow from Central America to other exotic locations around the globe.

The Luxuriant Masterpiece CollectionTM brand integrates the broadly appealing convergence of world-class casino gaming; extraordinary ultra-luxury hospitality service; incomparable culinary experiences; luxuriant spa therapies; eco-wellness and fitness programs; exclusive tennis camps; and celebrity signature golf courses. Luxuriant believes true world-class prominence merges rich host community cultural traditions with exceptional Luxuriant-ClassTM service, sumptuous product lines and meticulous attention to detail.

Luxuriant international asset manager Horizon Hotels Limited (http://www.horizonhotels.com) operates more than 100 hospitality properties. Cindy Olcott, Horizon Hotels President and CEO says, "Each distinctive Luxuriant Masterpiece CollectionTM 300-500 acre showcase setting is uniquely crafted to reflect the ambient natural environment embracing each resort venue".

"Each carefully crafted master plan employs sustainable environmental strategies respectful of and proactively protecting the distinctive cultural heritage, geographic settings, environmental sensibilities and ethnicity of each host community", say Lee Loveland, Group West Companies Principal.

Each resort is unique in design and personality, each a celebration of Latin America's vibrant spirit, all woven together with the common thread of impeccable Luxuriant Masterpiece CollectionTM service and meticulous attention to detail", states Jim Alekson, Alekson Development Group President. "Where more than a guest's arrival is anticipated and where discriminating lifestyle meets Luxuriant-ClassTM global adventure".

The philanthropic objectives of the Luxuriant Group and their international alliance partners focuses on strategic fiscal programs providing direct economic stimulus to regions chosen for investment. Significant, long-term employment is created through resort developments, Green Technology advancement, habitat housing, country-wide health services, educational facilities and encouragement of in-country generated intellectual assets advancing fiscal sustainability.
